Julie first entered the field of Audiology in 2019, completing a Hearing Care Assistant course. This experience sparked her interest in audiology and healthcare, inspiring her to pursue a degree at Queen Margaret University, where she graduated in 2023 and qualified as a Hearing Aid Dispenser. Additionally, Julie is certified in wax removal via microsuction.
Following her qualification, she worked in the private sector for over a year, gaining valuable experience. Now, she is excited to join a completely independent store equipped with the latest technology and testing systems. Julie aims to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in her clinic, where patients feel comfortable and know their concerns are being heard.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys taking her dog for walks. She also has a strong interest in Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) sports, playing camogie and, more recently, joining a ladies' football team.
